Fastbreak 5th grade wins Little Ballers AAU Championship 6/5/11

Congratulations 4th Grade Fastbreak Island Garden Basketball Superleague Champions

In the second championship game that was played on Friday, in the 4th Grade Boys Division l, Fast Break Dan completed an outstanding season by downing GCAA Hammersley which was the only team that handed them a regular season loss. This Fast Break team was both extremely well coached and highly talented. The championship game was very well played and far exceeded any reasonable expectations for fourth grade athletes. Fast Break finished the season with an overall 13-1 record and the #1 ranking in 4th Grade Super League for the 2010-2011 season.

Congratulations to Fastbreak 7th grade for winning the Island Garden Basketball Superleague Champions and finishing 14-1 for the season

AFTER SCHOOL SPORTS PROGRAMS:

• WHAT:
• Join our great coaching staff led by our Head Coach Jesse Shapiro for both sports instruction and games.
• Each daily session will consist of:
• 30 minute to 45 minute skill development
• Plus a 45 minute daily game
•  
• You form your own group of kids and choose a sport you'd like to play for the season.
• (If you don't register with a group call us and we will help you choose the appropriate day and sport)
• Signup for the school year
• Sports available(choose one)
• BASEBALL
• FLAG FOOTBALL
• BASKETBALL

• Courtesy Fastbreak vans provided from school to home

• WHO:
• Grades K thru 5 (grouped by grades)
• Small groups of no more then about 24 kids per Manhattan location for maximum coach teaching / ratios and full participation for every child.

• WHEN:
• FALL 2011 / SPRING 2012
• Choose your day and your sports MONDAY thru FRIDAY
• (i.e. Monday. Fall-flag football....spring-baseball)

• WHERE:
• All programs held in very convenient Manhattan parks and gyms
  (NO Randall’s Island and late drop offs)
• Pick up at schools and drop off at home by 5:45 daily. (Tentative plan)
• Courtesy Fastbreak vans provided from school to home

• COST:
• Choose your own day and sport (specific days have already been requested so act soon)
• $200 down payment to reserve a spot (non-refundable)
